After a week of study leave (working on my Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Seminary) and two weeks of vacation, I’m feeling refreshed and back on the job! While it was great to have some downtime over these last few weeks, I’ve missed all of you and am looking forward to seeing you all this Sunday.
Just as an FYI, this Sunday, February 8, we’ll be looking at Hebrews 10:24-25 to talk about why it is that we even bother coming to church week after week.
On February 15, we begin our next 8-week small group session, and we’ll begin by taking a look at what God has done in and through Northminster over the past year, as well as asking where God might be leading us over the next year. We’ll also have a brief congregational meeting, followed by Second Sunday Cafe (technically, it’s the 3rd Sunday!) and a ministry fair where you can discover more about the various ministry areas here at Northminster.
