This the first sermon is from the series titled “Acts in 3 Acts: Act 3”.
Theme – Have you ever had one of those times when you had no idea which way was up and which was down? When you had no idea what you were supposed to be doing with your life? When you felt like you were just sort of stumbling blindly through life? Paul’s second missionary journey must have felt a little bit like that. Paul thought he knew where he was going, but God kept putting up obstacles in his way—until God finally made it clear to him in the city of Troas. So why did Paul keep going? He kept going because, even though he didn’t know where he was going, he knew why he was going. The same goes for us—when we don’t know where we are going, we can still have focus in our lives by knowing why we are going.
The text for the sermon was taken from Acts 9:4-6, Acts 9:15, Acts 11:17-18, Acts 15:19, and Acts 16:6-10.
