This the fifth sermon in the series titled “Kickin’ It Old School”.
Theme – How could God ask Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac? It sounds so heartless to put Abraham through that knowing it was only a test. But the truth is that God does test us. Why? Because God longs for a real relationship with us. Sure God knows that we love him and trust him. But God longs to experience our love and trust. Times of testing draws God closer to us and us closer to God.
