This sermon is from the series titled “Christian Atheism” and is inspired by the book “The Christian Atheist: Believing in God but Living As If He Doesn’t Exist“, as well as other sources.
Theme – “Worry” comes from an old German word that means “to strangle, constrict, choke.” And that’s how we often feel when we’re worried, isn’t it? Worry drains the life from us. But we have One who helps us when we’re consumed with worry: “the Maker of heaven and earth.” He will watch over us as we go through the hard times of life.
The text for the sermon was taken from Psalm 121.
